There are mainly processes such as cutting corners, cutting holes, and cutting arcs, so as to avoid secondary cutting and processing of steel gratings after they arrive at the construction site, making construction and installation faster and simpler, and also avoiding the damage of the galvanized layer of steel gratings caused by on-site cutting. Shape angle and size When customers purchase special-shaped steel gratings, they must first determine the size of the special-shaped steel gratings and where they need to be cut. The shape of the special-shaped steel gratings is not square, it may be polygonal, and it may be necessary to punch holes in the middle. It is best to provide detailed drawings. If the size and angle of the special-shaped steel gratings deviate, the finished steel gratings will not be installed, causing great losses to customers. Special-shaped steel grating price Special-shaped steel grating is more expensive than ordinary rectangular steel grating, which is caused by many factors, the main factors are as follows: 1. Complex production process: Ordinary steel grating can be directly welded after cutting the material, while special-shaped steel grating has to go through processes such as corner cutting, hole cutting, and arc cutting. 2. High material loss: The cut part of the steel grating cannot be used and is wasted. 3. The market demand is small, the application is small, and the complex shape is not conducive to mass production. 4. High labor costs: Due to the complexity of making special-shaped steel grating, low production volume, long production time, and high labor wages. Area of special-shaped steel grating 1. In the absence of drawings and processed according to the user's specified size, the area is the number of actual steel gratings multiplied by the sum of width and length, which includes openings and cutouts. 2. In the case of user-provided drawings, the area is calculated according to the total outer dimensions on the drawings, which includes openings and cutouts. Users can send the designed special-shaped steel grating CAD drawing to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's technicians will decompose the special-shaped steel grating and calculate the total area and total quantity according to the drawing. After the steel grating decomposition drawing is confirmed by both parties, the manufacturer arranges production. Transportation of special-shaped steel grating The transportation of special-shaped steel grating is more troublesome. It is not as regular as rectangular steel grating. Special-shaped steel gratings usually have different sizes and some have bulges. Therefore, pay attention to the placement problem during transportation. If it is not placed properly, it is very likely to cause the steel grating to deform during transportation, resulting in failure to install, or bumping and damaging the galvanized layer on the surface, which will reduce the life of the steel grating. Force direction There is also a problem involved, that is, the force direction of the special-shaped steel grating platform must be determined. If the torque and force direction of the steel grating are not determined, it is impossible to achieve the best load-bearing capacity. Sometimes the steel grating cannot be used at all if the force direction is wrong.
